After the loss of my son in 2005 and inspired by his love of horses,

'SAFE-LEE RANCH' was established in his name and memory.

We are a not for profit Equine Experiential Learning & Life Coaching facility!

We also offer NVQ training for careers in the equine industry.

As a qualified NVQ Assesor in Equine studies I can offer training to a nationally recognised qualification to aid employment in the industry.

With the knowledge and personal life experiences we have, we can provide a facility that combines learning more about yourself with gaining new skills.

"I have worked in the equine industry for over 25yrs, as a sole charge groom for carriage drivers, managing my own livery yards and a riding school.
I have owned horses for many years, had them all from foals and started them all myself.

This has given me great experiences as well as knowledge of horses and people.

 We provide experiential learning and deliver career training to young people and adults.

I have had the privilege of working with many young people, including those with learning difficulties, have been excluded from school, have issues including, drug & alcohol misuse and also ex offenders.

With assistance from my horses, we refer to as 'Team Spirit',
I can provide an innovative way of identifiying, confronting and conquering problems!
 
I have the backing of other leading professionals, a great committee, loyal team members and volunteers,

We currently do not receive any funding we are funding the project ourselves. We have done extensive work at the premises and still have a fair way to go!

We are especially focused on offering our services to the disadvantaged.
